What Birds Before Land Means

After our session I tried the energy ball exercise you taught me. It really opened my eyes.

I did for SP asking me out on a date.


I realized I was attached because it showed up in a different guy. Instead of him reaching out, I started getting attention from someone completely unexpected, but it was still exciting.


It made me realize how I had been holding onto the old state of myself. All the doubt, the overthinking, the “I have to make him notice me” energy. That first try showed me exactly where I was still stuck. It’s true that the trigger shows you exactly what you need to know. Knowing that makes me feel powerful.


I focused on letting go of that old version of myself, working on my self-concept, and just feeling what it would be like to be fully seen and adored. From this new state the exercise worked as intended.  My SP reached out with an invitation to go on a date.


For the exercise I focused on the imprint of going to sleep once I got back from the date. What felt natural to me was disbelief and then a warm calm fuzzy feeling. Paulie told me it had to feel natural to my state and not to think of how it should feel. It worked like magic.

When it reflected in 3d it felt like the entire world shifted in that moment. I never thought something so simple could feel so magical and actually manifest. You do have to be centered to be able to truly enjoy it, but once you’re there and have faith it works great.

Thank you, Paulie. This is the first time I’ve felt like I can manifest exactly what I want.
