I Thought He Was Out of My League

The Mentorship Success Story:

The way my life looks today is something I didn´t think was possible. I never imagined things could be this beautiful. I didn’t focus on the details, I just focused on the state.

When I first met the person that I manifested things seemed impossible. I know this is going to sound like a Taylor Swift song, but he was a professional athlete and I was just an average jane doe, with an average physique and less than average personality.

My assumption was he was way out of my league. Even wanting him felt ridiculous.

I got coaching because I was tired of feeling stuck. I wasn't planning on getting the life of my dreams!

The process that I went through was a mystical experience. I struggled with it at first because Paulie could see things that I wasn’t willing to admit to myself yet. It took me some time to catch up and be ready to face the process of letting go of who I thought I was.

It felt like a leap into the unknown. For a while, while my old identity was getting buried, I didn’t know who I was. I just was. I felt like it wasn’t so bad, but then I got a 3P.

Paulie told me that God helps us by showing us where we are still holding onto the old, and that’s what this trigger was doing.

For a moment I felt like I was back at square one, but I was able to face this identity head on. As soon as I stopped seeing myself the old way, him and the 3P broke up. It was uncanny to witness it with my own eyes.

Once I felt connected to God in a real way  I had all of this fire in me all of a sudden. I was a different person for real. I started to do things that used to feel hard, l became hot, I had a new attitude, I got a promotion and people were drawn to me. This led me to new friends which I thought was impossible as an adult. I had 2 friends before this, and they were always too busy or tired to do things with me.

Then I hit a bump again. When Paulie took me to the end in a session, the end felt unfamiliar. Something was standing between me and the version of me in my ideal relationship.

I had spent months letting who I am blossom from within. I didn’t know what else to do.

In the next session, we went through this imaginary mansion. I don´t know how it works or what kind of magic Paulie has, but I could see what had been in the way. It’s like my heart was longing for a very particular experience of love. During the session I felt like I had verbal diarrhea. These words were just pouring out of me and I was crying because I was so overwhelmed by love.

The little glimpses just came into my mind and after that experience I was permanently changed. The best way to describe it is that I met God and he made me a promise, because he loves me more than he loves himself.

After that, every time I thought of my future love I smiled.

I did not try to make this happen. It just happened. A friend of mine who is not usually interested in sports asked me to go with him to an event. It wasn’t even the sport my person played. But he was there supporting one of his athlete friends.

When I saw him I had a mini heart attack. He kept looking in my direction. I didn’t know if it was because I was embarrassing myself or if the magic was happening. He approached me after, super casual. He didn't know that I knew who he was. He asked for my instagram and added me right then and there. I acted surprised that he was who he was.

I don’t know if I’ll ever tell him I had a crush on him before. It doesn’t feel relevant because the man I know him to be now is actually real. I know the man, not the athlete.

He’s taken me out to really nice places and tells me he wants to give me everything. I want to give him all of me too. In the past I thought I had nothing to offer a man like him. The funny thing is that I spent so much time thinking I needed to become someone worthy of a man like him.
